pinoy356 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pinoy356 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

In all cases, pinoy356's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pinoy356 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pinoy356's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pinoy356 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pinoy356 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, pinoy356 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, pinoy356 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
You may close your pinoy356 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
